Season 6 Episode 12:  Unnatural Selection

Guys, We don't know how or why Hilo from BSG is ALSO  a (basically) Cylon in the Stargate Universe, but we're not going to question our good fortune.  We are going to question a couple other things, however.  Like why the Replicators ALL just chillin here?  What is the weakness these new Cylon Bots are trying to mechanize out of themselves?  And most importantly, what and who, EXACTLY, is Sam Carter's type?  And why they all have horrible endings?  We learn none of these answers.  

Season 6 Episode 11:  Prometheus P1

Hey, listeners.  We are SOOOOO SORRRYYYY about the delay in uploads.  Computers were being repaired, families being attended to, authoritarian regimes to be readied for, you know how it goes.  Thanks for coming back.  

Anyway, this is a pretty sweet episode about some Rogue Rogue NID, Simmons, and a Gou'ld putting one over on the gang, and stealing our one, not yet finished ship.  And it's only the first part!!! 

Season 6 Episode 9:  Cure

So the gang go and visit a civilization that are DEF not Nazis!  Weird as hell, tho.  They got a super drink that cures diseases, and all they want in return is our rolodex of Goul'd Planets.  The gang is cautious.

Then Jonas and Teal'c break into a warehouse, and Here There Be Gou'lds, all swimmin in the pools.  The Slurm is from them?  Eww.

But where'd they come from?  Will it be a super, canon-defying plot twist, which makes a lot of previous episodes (Especially Hathor) make no goddamn sense!!!???. . . . . . .yes, yes it will.

Season 6 Episode 9:  Allegiance

Folks, we got 3 factions (Tokra, Jaffa, Tau'ri) who all hate each other, in an unsafe and volatile environment, and being led by O'neill of all people.  What. Could. Go. Wrong!

The Predator.  That's what!

Pretty fun episode.  

Season 6 Episode 8:  The Other Guys

This is the Red Shirts Episode!  Where a couple of nerds and SG-1 Fanboys decide they need to rescue the Gang from the clutches of a Gou'ld.  Things somehow go their way as they clamour through air ducts, and find the prison cell.   

O'neill's PISSED though, as this was all part of a secret plan (which they failed to tell the wayward scientists on the planet).  So now the stakes are super real!  Can the Red Shirts figure out how to save the Gang for real?  Will they live up to their Red-Shirtedness?  Or is Sg-1 gonna wimp out and let everybody win, happily ever after!  

Season 6 Episode 7: Shadow Play

The gang roll back to the Planet Colonic where the continent Jonas Quinn is from wants to trade some of their Naquadria for some of our sweet ass guns and planes.  Apparently a big war is brewing between the three continents and poor Colonic is the odd one out.  

That's all the backstory we get though, cause we're too busy hanging with DEAN STOCKWELL, Jonas's old mentor, who tells them about a Resistance to overthrow all the governments and establish. . .something else. . .

That's all the backstory we get with that though, cause all that shit in the last paragraph is made up.  Nothing gets resolved, nothing is traded, and the gang roll back to Earth (with some Naquadria they stole).

Season 5 Episode 6:  The Abyss

When O'neil is kidnapped by Balls and is horrifically tortured and killed and brought back to life in a neverending loop, Daniel Jackson rolls in, now an ethereal angel, and does the only thing that a Best Friend does when their Friend is going through such trials and tribulations:  Asks him to join his Cult!

Meanwhile O'neil's actual friends make a plan to help him bust out.  Without O'neil needing to buy an entire Off-White Wardrobe, and get his credit card out to ascend to Level 2 Nirvana.  DJ is a dick in his new afterlife.

Season 5 Episode 6:  Nightwalkers

Samantha Scully, Jonas Mulder, and Teal'X visit a normal Oregon town, and get all weirded out when everyone's a little stand off-ish and wearing just flannel.  Hello!?  This is 2002 PNW.  Nothing to see here.

Well, there is a bit.  A shady biotech company, missing persons, and sleepwalking Gou'ld babies.

Season 6 Episode 4: Frozen

Kids, do you like the movie The Thing? How about Prometheus?  Is The Fifth Element your favorite movie?  If yes to any and all, you will like this episode.  It's got isolated bases in Antarctica.  It's got defrosting alien life forms.  It's got philosophical queries into the origins of the human species.  And most importantly, it has Multipass Girl, or the closest they could come.  It's a fun episode!  

Except for the end when everyone guilt trips O'Neill to do the thing he has sworn over and over again he would never do.  Unacceptable!

Season 6 Episode 3:  The Descent

So the gang find themselves in the Anubis Ship where Thor was interrogated, and ultimately, digitized.  See, it ended up around Earth, and while that poses some serious plot holes, we don't think about it.  What we do focus on is the random Jaffa who code the ship to crash into the Ocean, the sweet water scenes where everyone almost drowns like, three times, and Jacob Carter seeming to unconsciously want to see his daughter die.  

Not much else happens in the episode.
