Season 6 Episode 22: Full Circle

Fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a God, Daniel Jackson, appears before MacNeil in all his ghostly 1990s sweater glory. “Jack! Help my Abydos besties! Anubis is collecting magic stones and soon he will Collect Them All™ and be the coolest kid at school! Do something because I have decided not to because of my fractional status.” Anyhoozles, enough weird shit has gone down that Daddy immediately buys in and off they go to thwart Anubis! Also, we're joined by DAVE, who's been sleeping on the couch in the recording studio for six seasons, and has finally woken up on this, the season finale!  We made him drink a 16oz glass of water to hydrate, and stuck a mic in front of his face!

Season 6 Episode 21: Prophecy

Jonas Quinn aka Corin Nemec tries to impress the Gang one final time by developing PreCog Abilities that can save them from certain disaster.  As they're trying to figure the situation on a super poor planet with bad food but some decent Naquadah reserves, the Gang decide to forget about the last six season, and just not listen to the man.   Teal'c, you forget about the invisible bugs episode!?  CARTER, YOU WERE A FREAKIN GOTHIC COMPUTER AI!!  But precog abilities?  Impossible!

Daddy Hammond finally believes him, and through some weird machinations of quantum mechanics, his future predictions don't come true, and the mountain base and the poor planet are saved.  Unfortunately, we can't say the same for the character of Jonas, and Corin Nemec's future with SG-1.   It sucks.  

Season 6 Episode 20: Memento

When we first started this Podcast, Sarah watched ahead till up to Season 10 (finishing about 6 episodes before the end like a boss).  In her Title idea notebook, ever since the first couple episodes, one episode past the current ones had a title written for it, waiting for years to be realized.  It was this one.  Season 6, Episode 20.  The Title Sarah wrote was "It Flushes Sideways."  She has no recollection of what the hell that referred to.  But we included it anyway, incuding her awesome new title for this (which could be in the top 3 titles of all time).

Season 6 Episode 19:  The Changeling

If you thought Inception was a Multi-Story-Verse-Russian-Doll Torus-Knotted-Mind-Fuck of a story, wait till you see what Christopher Judge has got waiting for you.  Teal'c is a firefighter, a SG member, a polygamist, war torn veteran, and Dr. Fraz Lover ALL IN ONE! 

You won't know what the hell is real!  All you'll know is that Teal'c has been watching too much Taur'i television, and that Green Jello is the "Spinning Top" of the Stargate Universe.   We hope Judge gets to write more episodes in the future.

Listeners, it's been a minute.  Our apologies for the DELAY!  The Gate was shut.  The Iris was closed, General Daddy was on Vacation.  . . 

In any case, we back.  And hanging out at the Vertical Watering O for a humdinger of an episode.   Despite being mostly an annoyed Jack O'neil, a pestered Sam Carter, and a Jonas Quinn who's playing imperceptible 5d Chess with his Rizz game, it's pretty good.

Season 6 Episode 17: Disclosure

You know, back in 2003, and even further back, Recap Episodes served a purpose.  We had know binging of every episode, nor rewatching episodes to fill ourselves back in.  We lived lives, people!  Got no time.  If we forgot how many times Sg-1 had saved the planet, or the Intragalactic military strategy of Goul'd Lords, or even how many times Sg-1 has almost f*&ked the planet, we couldn't rely on Random Youtube channels to fill us in while we waited. 

That's why the good producers of various long running shows back in the day gave us a helping hand, a graceful way for viewers to be like:  "Oh yeah!  O'neill is the de-facto Ambassador of Human Kind to the Grays!  I remember! 

The episode a little boring, though.  Enjoy!!!

Season 6 Episode 16: Metamorphosis

It's SPLOOSHIN TIME!  The Russian team bring some jabroni to the Base.  He splooshes into alien goo, so the Gang go investigate his planet.  There's a bunch of weird looking Cultists of Nirrti who swear to their mothers that it's all good, we have sagging faces, and half mustaches, BUUUUUT, Nirrti is a God and we love her and, OH PEW PEW PEW, we got superpowers, you're now in jail, gang.

Will the gang escape?  Will Jonas d-down Nirrti because she's hella thirsty for his Colonic Bod?  Does the alien's half-mustache sploosh into a full mustache before we fade to black?  Find out on this week's episode. 

Season 6 Episode 15: Paradise Lost

Kids, Hallmark's got nothing on this episode.  You want to see a flirty will-they-won't-they burgeon into a full fledge Bromance on the edge of space!?  Full of lakeside chats, paranoid professions of love, and spiced up Arugula that might have a psychotropic effect, this episode will rekindle your belief in true, unadulterated love. 

I think it's safe to say now:  Maybourne is definitely O'Neil's best friend.  And more.

Season 6 Episode 14: Smoke and Mirrors

Jack is a cold-blooded Assassin!  Shooting Kinsey, offloading the gun, and whistling dixie right back at work as if nothing happened!  And his alibi of "fishing at the lake" doesn't cut it, cause we all know says yes to his entreaties to go fish. 

Well, General Daddy believes him, and sends out the gang on various espionage missions to uncover the truth.  Get your X-Files Jackets on, and let's prove Jack's innocence! 

Season 6 Episode 13: Sight Unseen

Okay, so, the gang find a big bug zapper on a planet.  They come back, Jonas starts seeing CGI bugs everywhere (not everywhere, like TWO of them).  The rest of the gang gaslight his ass, forgetting about the three episodes before where this same thing happened.

Long story short, Colorado Springs gets put on a half-assed Quarantine, O'Neil fights with a veteran, said veteran's grandma gets gaslit by Carter and Jonas, Carter and Jonas figure out how to stop this not delusion-delusion, Carter takes credit for Jonas's work, and that's all she said, thank you very much.
